Programming built on lineage, not occasion.

Every concert, workshop, and outreach session we run is shaped by the same standard: the tradition is presented whole, not abbreviated. Artists are chosen for depth of training, not visibility.

Upcoming Performances

Presented without concession to format or duration. Each mehfil is curated as a full artistic statement — ragas performed in their complete structural form, with the time and silence they require.

Oct 2026 — Guilderland

Sep 2026 — Mississauga

Nov 202—6Albany

Raga Yaman — Sitar & Tabla

Tabla Solo — Teentaal & Jhaptaal

Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan

Kaali Maa — Khayal Recital

An evening of late-night ragas with Ustad Farhan Hussain on sitar and Pandit Rohan Desai on tabla. Doors open at dusk; the performance follows the raga's own time.

Honoring the innovative musical legacy of Anupam, whose creation of the Kaali Maa instrument brought a distinctive voice to Indo classical music, blending tradition, creativity, and artistic mastery for generations to come

A dedicated tabla solo recital by Haroon Samuel — an evening structured around taal as a self-sufficient musical argument, not accompaniment.

Pandit Arjun Sharma performs Raga Bhairavi on santoor, anchored by tanpura drone — a late-morning raga presented at the hour it belongs to.

▸ Educational Workshops

Structured study, not a sampler.

Our workshops are designed for students who intend to continue. Each session is built around a specific raga, taal, or instrumental technique — taught with the same expectations a guru brings to a shagird.

Formats: intensive single-day sessions, six-week evening series, and one-on-one mentorship pairings with performing artists. Enrollment is by application to ensure group cohesion.

• Community Outreach

The same repertoire, carried into schools and community halls.

Outreach programming brings classical performances and instrument demonstrations directly into schools, libraries, and cultural centres — without simplifying what is being presented. The tradition enters the room whole.

Workshops and residencies available for booking. Institutional partners and school boards may contact us for scheduling and curriculum integration details.
